Mindfulness Meditation is a meditation technique focusing on breath to release thoughts and worries. This is good for all reasons, quickly quieting the mind and body.
Heart Centered Meditation directs breath through the heart and has a calming, centering effect. This can be useful in stressful situations.
Chakra Centered Meditation is a balancing technique for when you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or shaken. It is guided or self-directed, with color, movement, and breath focused on each energy center.
